The F18/20 is a housed display unit used with an external magnetic encoder. The F18RRS offers an optional serial output RS485 protocol MODBUS RTU for communication with remote units. In combination with the P25 magnetic band, the F18/20 is a complete system to measure linear movements. Digit height 10mm. 3D DRAWING AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
Main Features:
- 6-digit programmable electronic position indicator. Digit height 10mm. Two year life (replaceable) battery powered.
- Measurement lengths up to 25 meters.
- Additional functions: mm/inch conversion, zero resets and absolute/relative movement display.
- Optional 3 distinct programmable origins for correction from using different tools and/or the offset function for the compensation of tool wear.
Versions:
- F20: with internal power supply (4 batteries, type AA of 1,5V: two year life).
- F18: with internal power supply (2 batteries, type AA of 1,5V: one year life).
- F18R: with external power supply (10-25VDC; not included) and internal rechargeable battery (functioning for 5 months without power supply).
- F18R-RS: with external power supply (10-25VDC; not included) and internal rechargeable battery (functioning for 5 months without power supply), serial output RS485 protocol MODBUS RTU for communication with remote units.
